– 270 –Liter-mixing line is advanced equipment with full automatic process, providing rubber compound with good quality.

– The triplex extruder was imported form Germany, extruding 3- rubber compound with high quality enabling tread with high abrasion resistance and performance.

– Tire building machines with good technology enables the distribution of tire structure equally; ensure the heavy load and safety.

– Tire curing press system automatically in and out, controlling time of vulcanization, meeting technical properties of tires…

– Rubber compound during the mixing process is rigorously tested specialized equipment as dispergrader, rheometer, tensile machines…

Finished tires are tested on the balancing machine, Endurance machine… All defects are eliminated. Only products that meet the quality standards will be attached Warranty card before selling to the market.
